1. The service
Luon provides tools for creating, building, deploying and operating web Sites. Features may include account management, source and file storage, databases, automation, external provider connections and operational tools. Features may change as the platform develops.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your Google account and devices secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify Luon promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Access may be limited to approved users or administrators during development, testing or private operation of the service.
3. Your Sites and content
You retain responsibility for the source, data, files, domains and other content that you submit or operate through Luon. You grant Luon the limited permission needed to store, process, build and serve that content solely to provide and secure the service.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for your content and must comply with privacy, intellectual property and other applicable laws when operating a Site.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Luon to:
- Violate law or the rights of another person.
- Distribute malware, phishing, spam or deceptive content.
- Probe, bypass or disrupt security, limits or other accounts.
- Interfere with infrastructure or consume resources abusively.
- Copy, resell or provide unauthorized access to the service.
Luon may suspend access necessary to stop abuse, protect the platform or comply with a legal requirement.
5. External services
Luon may connect to Google, Cloudflare and other providers at your request. Their own terms and privacy policies govern their services. Luon is not responsible for an external provider's availability, changes or independent acts.
6. Plans and payment
Some features may require an approved account or paid plan. Prices, limits, billing periods, renewal terms and refund conditions will be shown before a purchase applies. Taxes and third-party charges may be your responsibility where applicable.
7. Closing an account
You may request account deletion through the available account tools or by contacting Luon. Service access may stop immediately. Account data and associated Sites are scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days, subject to legal, security and backup retention described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and changes
Luon is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, network faults, provider incidents or development changes may interrupt the service. We may modify or discontinue features and will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect active users.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Luon disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss caused by user content, external services or circumstances outside reasonable control. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be announced through the service or another reasonable channel. Continuing to use Luon after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion.
