1. Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, Luon may receive your Google account identifier, email address, display name and profile image. Luon does not receive or store your Google password.
We may also collect connection and activity data such as IP address, user agent, request time, authentication events and administrative actions. Content, source files, databases and files that you create may be stored on the LUON.DEV Core assigned to your account.
If you explicitly connect an external provider, Luon may store the authorization metadata and credentials required to provide the requested feature.
2. How we use information
- Authenticate users and maintain secure sessions.
- Assign a Core and create, build, deploy and operate Luon Sites.
- Provide provider features that a user explicitly enables.
- Detect abuse, troubleshoot failures and protect the platform.
- Respond to account, service and privacy requests.
3. Google API data
Information received from Google APIs is used only to provide the feature requested by the user. Luon's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
When a user disconnects a Google integration, Luon stops using its authorization and removes the stored credential when it is no longer required for security or legal obligations.
4. Sharing and service providers
Luon does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, network and database providers only as needed to operate the service. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or with your consent.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain account and service data while the account is active and as needed to provide Luon. After an account deletion request, access is disabled and account data, Sites, source, deployment data, databases and files are scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or a security obligation. Backup copies expire through their normal retention cycle.
Security and audit records may be retained for the minimum period needed to investigate abuse, enforce these terms or meet legal duties.
6. Your choices and rights
You may review account information in Luon, disconnect integrations, request correction or deletion, and withdraw consent where applicable. Some information is necessary to operate an account; removing it may require closing the account.
7. Security and international processing
Luon uses access controls, encrypted transport, restricted credentials and operational monitoring appropriate to the service. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Infrastructure providers may process data in countries where they operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
8. Children
Luon is not directed to children under the age required to consent to online services in their jurisdiction. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information without proper consent.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when Luon or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be announced through the service or another reasonable channel before they take effect.
